 Orders that are refused or any items
returned that are not damaged with incur a 20% restocking fee. So
please purchase wisely.
We cannot accept returns or issue
refunds on clearance items, sale items or shipping charges. All returns
must be approved by us first BEFORE you send anything back and
you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the items to for
approval to send them back. We must receive the items being
returned within 14 days of approval.
All prices on this site are in US Dollars. All of our items are usually in stock
and ready to ship, we will post a notice by any item that is out of stock.
This means you will get your order faster because we are not
"making" the items for each order as the orders come in.
**Our Prices DO NOT include shipping
and WE DO NOT SHIP FOR FREE Actual shipping charges are ALWAYS added to
the order after we have it packed and weighed** So do not mail a
money order until we have informed you have the shipping costs.
Shipping
costs are calculated after your order has been packed and weighed and are
added to your order sub total when invoiced. **No
shipping costs will show up in the shopping cart** All orders are
sent insured. UPS insures the first $100.00 at no
cost. Any order shipped uninsured at the customers request is shipped at
the customers risk. We cannot replace or refund any orders lost or damaged that have not been
insured. If an order is received damaged you will need notify us immediately
so we can file a claim with UPS or the US Postal Service. You are required
to save the box and packing material for 14 days just in case UPS or the
US Postal Service wants to inspect the damage before paying the claim. We will try to
confirm all online orders within 24 hours. We will also email you with
your order total when
your order has shipped.
We require all orders be paid with a credit card or money
order/certified check or paypal. We do not accept personal or business
checks and no longer offer COD shipments.
If you place an on-line order and choose
not to submit credit card information for payment (phone/fax checkout option),
its your responsibility to get your payment info to us via email, telephone or
fax. We will not call or contact you for it. You can note
"Money Order" in the comment section of the shopping
cart check out. We then would process your order based on that information
and would not need any further response from you. Do not send in a money
order until you have added the shipping charges.
When paying by money order: Our prices do not include
shipping so you will need to add the shipping to your subtotal before
sending us a money order. If you want us to give you the actual shipping
charges to add to your payment you can place your order using the shopping
cart phone/fax option or faxing/calling the order into us using the
printable order form. We will pack your order and get back to you with the
shipping charge. Otherwise you can add 30% to your sub-total and mail
it in and we will accept that for the shipping charges.
**NO PERSONAL OR
BUSINESS CHECKS ARE EXCEPTED AT THIS TIME**
Any personal or business checks received in the mail will not be honored.
They will be marked void and returned to you.
International orders must be paid with a
credit card only.
Items ordered that are out of stock will
are not placed on backorder and you will have to re-order the items at a later
date when they are again available.
Any order discrepancies found
must be reported to us within 3 days from the date you received
your order (we are able to obtain the date delivered from UPS and
the US Postal Service) in order to receive an adjustment or
replacement. Returns must be reported to us within 5 days from the
date you received the order, NO EXCEPTIONS. You must contact us via phone or
email with a list of the items you are returning and reason for
return. You need approval from us before returning any items to
receive an exchange or refund. We are not obligated to refund or
replacement any returned items that we have not been pre-approved
by us. Undamaged merchandise returned must be in the
same condition as when it was sent. All shipping charges are your
expense and will not refunded. Orders that are refused or any items

of our product images and graphics on both websites belong to us and are
copyrighted. All our graphics and and product images have been digitally
watermarked and can be traced if used. So please don't.

Secure Shopping Cart
This is the easiest and a very safe way to place a credit
card order. When you see an item you want to order simply click on the "PURCHASE" button and that will place the item in a shopping cart. When you are all
through shopping click on the "CHECKOUT NOW" button on any product
page or the "VIEW SHOPPING CART" button on the left side menu to finish the
transaction. The shopping cart will total your order, please remember that
no shipping charges will show in at this time. We will add the actual shipping
costs when you order is shipped out. If you
are ordering in Michigan sales tax will be added to
your order. Choose your method of payment and check that you agree to our
terms and conditions of the sale and last step is to click on the
"CHECK OUT NOW" button to submit the order. If you would rather mail or fax your
order, simply print out the shopping cart form, or print out the no graphics
order form fill it out completely and make sure to include product number and description then mail or fax it to us.

We standard shipper is USPS. The US Postal service is used for
international shipments.
