What is the best way to contact you?
Email is the quickest and easiest way to reach me. Hugs & Stitches is a small online business, so I am not always available by phone. Please use the Contact page or email me and I will respond as soon as I can.

Where is Hugs & Stitches located?
Hugs & Stitches is an online business located in Michigan. We do not have a retail storefront or showroom.

Do you ship outside the United States?
No. At this time, orders are shipped within the United States only.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Processing time depends on what you order. In-stock items generally ship quickly, while handmade or personalized items may require additional time. Any special processing information will be included in the product description.

How will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service. A different carrier may occasionally be used when appropriate for larger or heavier orders.

Can I return an item?
Return eligibility depends on the type of item purchased. Digital downloads, custom or personalized items, clearance merchandise, fabric sample cuts, and cut fabric may have different restrictions. Please see our Returns & Policies information before returning an item, and contact us first for return instructions.

Can I use Hugs & Stitches patterns to make items to sell?
Yes. You may use our patterns to create finished handmade items for personal use or small-scale resale. The patterns themselves may not be copied, shared, resold or claimed as your own, and mass production is not permitted.

Do you offer fabric samples?
Yes. When available, a sample-cut option can be selected from the choices on the fabric listing.

Can I order a large quantity of fabric?
Availability varies by fabric. If you need more yardage than is currently shown, please contact me with the fabric item number and quantity needed and I can let you know what may be available.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Hugs & Stitches is not currently offering wholesale pricing.
