Product Information
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. Please read the complete product description and review all available options before purchasing.
Because computer and device screens can display colors differently, actual product colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Handmade and hand-finished products may also have slight variations that are part of their handmade nature.
Prices & Payment
All prices on this website are listed in U.S. Dollars.
We accept online payments through PayPal and Square. Payment is required before made-to-order or personalized items will be produced.
Prices, product availability and product offerings are subject to change without notice.
Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on the products ordered. Some items are ready to ship, while many of our handmade products and paper goods are made or printed after an order is placed.
Estimated processing times provided in individual product listings are estimates and may vary during especially busy times or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.
Shipping charges and available shipping methods will be shown or calculated according to the options available during checkout.
When an order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order products, the order will normally be shipped together when all items are ready unless other arrangements have been made.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed by Hugs & Stitches.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, an item is missing, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can help resolve the problem.
Please keep the original product, packaging and shipping materials if an item arrives damaged, as photographs or other information may be needed for a shipping claim.
Returns
Please contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you would like to request a return. Approved returns must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Unless the return is due to an error by Hugs & Stitches or an item arrived damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Because of the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or there was an error with your order:
- Digital downloads and e-patterns
- Printed patterns
- Cut fabric and fabric samples
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Made-to-order items
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Items that have been used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
Please read individual product descriptions carefully, as additional return restrictions may apply to a particular product.
Digital Products & Patterns
Digital products are electronic files and no physical product will be shipped unless the listing specifically states otherwise.
Digital downloads and e-patterns are not returnable or refundable once they have been delivered or made available for download.
Patterns and digital files are for the purchaser's use subject to any usage terms stated in the individual listing. The pattern, instructions, digital file or artwork itself may not be copied, shared, redistributed or resold.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, wording, dates and other information requested for personalized products.
Please review the information you provide carefully. Hugs & Stitches is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Once production has begun, personalized, custom and made-to-order items generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but an order cannot always be cancelled after processing or production has begun.
Digital products that have already been delivered or made available for download cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, product images, graphics, designs, written content and other original material displayed on the Hugs & Stitches website may not be copied, reproduced, republished or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the photographs, graphics, designs or other copyrighted material used to create or advertise that product.
